Brochures

Brochures give you room to tell your full story. With multiple panels and fold options, a brochure presents detailed product information, service menus, facility tours, or company overviews in a compact format that customers keep and refer back to.

We print brochures on a range of paper stocks from lightweight 60# text for easy folding to heavy 100# cover for a premium look. Seven different fold styles are available including classic tri-fold, modern gate fold, and space-maximizing z-fold. Full-color printing with optional coatings ensures your photos and graphics look sharp and professional.

Why Ink Spot

Every brochure we print includes professional score lines for clean, crisp folds that do not crack the ink or stock. We carefully calibrate fold positions to ensure panels align perfectly. Our prepress team verifies that your text and images are properly positioned relative to fold lines, flagging any content that falls too close to a crease.

What it's used for

Popular for tourism and hospitality, medical and dental offices, real estate property sheets, product catalogs, trade show handouts, service menus, museum and gallery guides, university program descriptions, nonprofit donor information, and corporate capability presentations.

Common questions

What fold type is best for my brochure?

Tri-fold is the most popular — it creates six panels and fits in a standard #10 envelope or rack card holder. Z-fold works well when you want all panels visible at once. Gate fold creates a dramatic reveal effect. Our team can recommend the best fold for your content and distribution method.

Can I mail brochures?

Yes. Folded brochures can be mailed with a wafer seal or tab. We offer tabbing services and can prepare your brochures for USPS mailing, including address printing and postal sorting.
