Carbonless Forms (NCR)

Carbonless forms — also known as NCR (No Carbon Required) — create instant copies as you write. Each part transfers your writing automatically to the sheets below, giving you and your customer identical records of every transaction without photocopies or scanners.

Available in 2-part, 3-part, and 4-part configurations with color-coded sheets so each recipient knows which copy is theirs. Forms can be padded, left as individual sets, or bound into books with a cover. Sequential numbering and perforations are available.

Why Ink Spot

We print carbonless forms on genuine NCR paper — not cheap imitations that smear or fail to transfer cleanly. Our forms are collated by hand and machine-verified for correct part sequence. Numbering is printed with dedicated numbering equipment for crisp, consistent digits throughout the run.

Common questions

What do the colors mean?

White is typically the customer original, yellow is the office/vendor copy, pink is the field copy or second office copy, and goldenrod is the file copy. You can assign any meaning to the colors — the standard is just a convention.

Can I customize the form layout?

Absolutely. Most forms are custom-designed to match your specific business workflow — invoices, work orders, estimates, contracts, or any other document. We can work from your existing form or design one from scratch.
